Coffee Smoothie/कॉफी स्मूथी


Say goodbye to the multiple cups of coffee you usually drink each day when you start drinking this satisfying smoothie. A healthier option, this drink cuts out all of the heavy cream and artificial sweeteners you might find in other coffee drinks. Plus, the banana in the recipe will help to fill you up and energize you in the morning. 


Ingredients/आवश्यक सामग्री:

  1. 1 Cup Coffee
  2. 1 Banana
  3. 10 Almonds
  4. 2-3 Dates
  5. Cinnamon one pinch
  6. Vanilla 1 tsp
  7. Ice cubes 
  1. 1 कप कॉफ़ी 
  2. 1 केला 
  3. 10 बादाम 
  4. 2-3 खजूर 
  5. दालचीनी पाउडर, 1 चुटकी 
  6. वैनिला एक्सट्रेक्ट, 1 छोटी चमच्च 
  7. बर्फ 
Method:

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Walnut Shake/अखरोट शेक


Walnuts are high in omega-3 fatty acids and have the highest antioxidant profile of all nuts. 
Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup walnuts
  2. 2 cups of water
  3. 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
आवश्यक सामग्री 
  1. 1 कप अखरोट 
  2. 2 कप पानी 
  3. 1 चमच्च दालचीनी  
Method:
  1. Soak the walnuts in water for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Drain the liquid and discard.
  3. Place the walnuts and filtered water in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  4. Add cinnamon and pulse again.
विधि:
  1. अखरोट को पानी में रात भर भिगो दें 
  2. सुबह पानी छान लें
  3. अखरोट को पानी के साथ ब्लेंड कर लें जब तक स्मूथ हो जाए 
  4. दालचीनी पाउडर अच्छे से मिलाये और सेवन करे 


Green Coriander Smoothie-low calorie detox/धनिया स्मूथी


This blend is low in calories and high in nutrients, the perfect combination for a detox smoothie. 

Ingredients:

  1. Juice of 1 lime
  2. 2 cups of filtered water
  3. 1 cup of spinach leaves
  4. 1 cup of chopped pineapple
  5. 1/2 cup of coriander leaves
  6. 1/2 inch of ginger root 
  7. 1 cup ice
आवश्यक सामग्री :
  1. 1 नीबू का रस 
  2. 2 कप फ़िल्टर पानी 
  3. 1 कप पालक के पत्ते 
  4. 1 कप कटी हुई पाइनएप्पल 
  5. 1/2 कप धनिया की पत्तियां 
  6. 1/2 इंच अदरक 
  7. 1 कप बर्फ 
Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1.  Handull of spinach
  2. 1/2 cucmber
  3. 1 medium size apple
  4. 1/2 lemon squeezed
  5. 1/2 cup of water
 आवश्यक सामग्री 
  1. 1 मुट्ठी भर पालक के पत्ते 
  2. 1/2 ककड़ी/खीरा 
  3. 1 मीडियम साइज सेव (ऍपल )
  4. 1/2 नीबू 
  5. 1/2 कप पानी 
Method:
  1. Wash all the ingredients and blend them in a blender and the smoothie is ready

Almond Chocolate Drink/ बादाम चॉकलेट ड्रिंक



Here is a drink for summer, my friends who is thinking to lose weight in summers and thinking for what to start with.
So drinking this smoothie in your breakfast or snack time gives you energy and even helps to stop your starving as its heavy and healthy drink with no calories and helps in boosting metabolism 



Serves- 2 cups
Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cup of milk
  2. 3 tbsp of almond butter
  3. 12-15 raisins
  4. 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  6. 1/2 cup ice
आवश्यक सामग्री 
  1. 1 1/2 कप दूध 
  2. 3 बड़ी चमच्च बादाम बटर 
  3. 12-15 किशमिश 
  4. 1 बड़ी चमच्च फीकी कोको पाउडर 
  5. 1/2 छोटी चमच्च वैनिला एक्सट्रेक्ट 
  6. 1/2 कप बर्फ 
Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients and blend it to smooth.

Coconut Smoothie


Ingredients:


  1. 1 cup coconut milk
  2. 1 cup coconut water
  3. 30g dates, chopped finely and soaked in lukewarm water (to soften)
  4. 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  7. 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  8. Pinch of ground cloves
  9. 2 frozen bananas
  10. 1/2 cup ice cubes


Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Aloo-Tamatar ki sabzi/ Agra wali aloo ki sabzi


Ingredients:
  1. 2 big potatoes, cut in cubes
  2. 1 tomato
  3. 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp of coriander powder
  5. 1/2 tsp of salt
  6. 2 tsp of oil
  7. 1 tsp of cumin seeds

Method:
  1. In a cooker, add oil on medium flame, as the oil heats up add cumin seeds
  2. When the cumin seeds starts to crackle, add potato cubes, toss the cooker
  3. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and a full tomato
  4. Now add 1 cup of water to it and cook it on medium flame till 4 whistles
  5. After 4 whistles, let the cooker release its pressure itself.
  6. Now open cooker, sieve the tomato so that the skin will get separated and pulp of tomato will automatically sieve in cooker
  7. Mix the pulp of tomato 
  8. Here is yummy agra wali aloo tamatar ki sabzi ready to serve with paratha, roti,

Simple Lauki ki Sabzi


Ingredients:
  1. Lauki- 1 peeled and chopped in mid size
  2. Cumin seeds- 2 tsp
  3. Asfotedia- ½ tsp
  4. turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  5. Salt- ½ tsp
  6. Lemon juice of ½ lemon
  7. Oil- 1 tsp

Method:
  1. In a cooker, add oil and keep it on medium flame.
  2. As the oil heats up add asfotedia, cumin seeds and when th seeds starts to crackle  add mid-size chopped lauki to it
  3. Mix it then add turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Mix it again and add ¼ cup of water, cover the lid of cooker and cook it till 2 whistles of cooker at medium flame.
  5. As the pressure of cooker releases squeeze lemon and mix well
  6. Serve the sabzi with Chappati, Roti

Vegetable Raita



Ingredients:
  1. ½ onion chopped
  2. 1 medium tomato chopped
  3. 1 green chille chopped
  4. ½ cucumber chopped
  5. ¼ green pepper chopped
  6. ¼ cup of coriander leaves chopped
  7. Curd- 250 grams
  8. ½ tsp of sugar
  9. Salt made at home as per taste

Method:
  1. Whisk curd by add 100ml of water
  2. Now add the ingredients stated above and mix very well
  3. Now cool it in refrigerator or add ice cubes




Cold Coffee



Ingredients:
  1. 2 glass of milk
  2. 2 tablespoon of sugar
  3. 1 tablespn of coffee powder
  4. Ice cubes

Method:
  1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients except ice-cubes and blend it for around 5 minutes
  2. Now add ace cubes to the mixture and serve it cool

Suji Ka Halwa/sweets



Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 cup of Rava/Suji
  2. 2 tblspn of Desi Ghee
  3. 4 tblspn of brown/white sugar
  4. 1 1/2 cup of water
Method:
  1. Take a kadhai add rava and place it on medium flame.
  2. Roast Rava till its colour changes to dark golden brown
  3. Add Desi ghee to it, turn the gas to low flame and roast it for next 5 minutes
  4. Now add water to it cook it on medium flame till the water evaporates.
  5. Here is the yummmy halwa ready.

  5. Tomato-Many people don't know that tomatoes act as a natural sunscreen protecting our skin from harsh sun rays. Include tomatoes in your everyday meal — as a salad or add it to your regular meal.
  6. Oranges-Citrus foods work well during summer and oranges are a must during summer. They are high in fibre, vitamin C and also provides necessary sugar to your body.
  7. Coconut water-You will find numerous shops selling coconut water during summer. Reason? It keeps you cool during summer. It quenches your thirst and boasts several health benefits too.
  8. Sugarcane juice-In order to retain water in your body, have a glass of sugarcane juice. It also helps in cooling off body heat, which is beneficial during summer. Since it already has sugar, don't add extra sugar to the juice. This way, you can keep a check on your weight.

Summer Evening Sandwich


Time Taken: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 16 slices of wheat bread
  2. 1/2 cup of butter softened 
  3. 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives 
  4. 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 
  5. 2 tsp lemon juice 
  6. 2 medium cucumber 
  7. thinly sliced carrot curls
Method:
  1. Remove sides from bread slices and cup them into the shape of your choice.
  2.  In a small bowl, combine butter, chives, parsley, lemon juice and salt to taste. Blend well. 
  3. Spread the herb butter mixture on each slice. 
  4. Top with cucumber slice, close the sandwich and garnish it with a carrot curl.

Mango- Vanilla Blast


Ingredients:

  1. Blend of semi solid liquid of 1 mango
  2. 1 scoop of vanilla icecream,
  3. 2 choclate stick for decoration 
  4. 1 slice of mango for decoration


Method:

  1. In a glass add blend juice of mango to its half then add scoop of ice cream to it
  2. Now place a small slice of mango on top of it and add chocolate sticks at the 2 corners of the slice
  3. Here mango-vanilla blast is ready to serve

Healthy Beetroot Drink



Ingredients:

  1. Carrot-4
  2. Beetroot-1
  3. Tomato-1
  4. Juice of half lime
  5. Ginger 25"inch
  6. Salt to Taste


Method:

  1. Wash all the vegetable nicely and extract juice of all the vegetable with the help of mixer 
  2. Sprinkle some salt and juice is ready to serve.


Reddish Stuffed Paratha



Time taken- 15 minutes
Ingredients will make around 4 parathas.

Ingredients:
  1. Reddish- 3
  2. Chopped green chilli- 2
  3. Wheat flour-3 cups
  4. Garam masala- ½ tsp
  5. Coriander Powder- ½ tsp
  6. Salt – 1 tsp
  7. Ghee or butter for making paratha
  8. Reddish leaves

Method
  1. Crush Reddish with the crush machine as given in image and mix ½ tsp of salt and keep it aside
  2. Cut reddish leaves, green chillies.
  3. Now drain all the juice of reddish from the crushed salt mix reddish and use this water while making dough used for making paratha, if less than can use water
  4. Mix garam masala, coriander powder, salt, chopped reddish leaves, green chilled to white reddish, here your reddish stuff is ready to be filled while making paratha
  5. Now make a roll out of dough, apply some ghee or butter and fill around 1-1 ½ spoon of stuffing and now roll it again
  6. Cook this paratha on medium flame till both side of paratha turns to golden colour.
  7. You can serve this paratha with curd or pickle.

South Indian Masala Appa




Ingredients:
  1. Rava- 2 cups
  2. Curd- 3/4 cup
  3. Curry leaves- 10
  4. Mustard seeds- 1tsp
  5. Chat Masala- 1 tsp
  6. Coconut Oil- 2 tsp
  7. Eno- 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt- 1/4 tsp

Method:
  1. In a bowl add rava, curd, 1/2 cup of water, salt and mix well 
  2. Now place the appa maker on slow flame and put one drop of oil in each circle.
  3. Put the rava mixture in each circle of appa maker and cover the vessel with a lid.
  4. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes so that each side turns to golden colour
  5. Do the same process with the rest of mixture
  6. Now in a fry pan add oil, as the oil warms up, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, as the mustard seeds crackle add appas and mix well then add chat masala and mix well here is the yummy Appa ready to serve with green chutney or peanut chutney

Mumbai Road Side Sandwich



Ingredients

  1. Bread- 1 packet (broad size)
  2. 1 tomato  sliced
  3. 1 cucumber- sliced
  4. 1 Onion- Sliced
  5. 1 Boiled Potato- sliced
  6. 1 Boiled Betroot- sliced
  7. Amul Butter- 100 grams slab on room temperature
  8. Green chutney 
  9. Tomato Ketchup
  10. Salt to taste
Method
  1. Slice all the vegetable.
  2. Spread Butter on bread slice and second layer of green chutney on 2 slices
  3. Now start keeping each slice of vegetable on bread layer wise.(tomato, cucumber, onion, potato, betroot)
  4. Sprinkle salt after each layer of vegetable
  5. Now cover the second layer of bread (butter and chutney applied) on top
  6. Cut this sandwich in pieces, spread ketchup and here is your road side mumbai style sandwich ready to serve

Dosa Podi Masala



Time taken 15 minutes

Serving- cool and store in air tight container

Ingredients
  1. Arhar daal-1/4 cup
  2. Chana Daal-1/4 cup
  3. Coriander seeds-1/3 cup
  4. Sesame seeds- ½ cup
  5. Red Dried chillies- 20-25


Method:
  1. Roast all the ingredients one by one so that moisture leaves the ingredients
  2. As all the ingredients cools down, grind them and your podi masala is ready which you can spinkle on Dosa, curry, dry vegetable.




Makai Poha Namkeen



Time taken- 15 minutes

Servings: cool and store in a air tight container

Ingredients:
  1. Makai Poha -1 cup
  2. Chat masala- ½ tsp
  3. Oil for frying


Method:
  1. Heat Oil at medium flame and as the oil warms ups add Makai poha, as you will put Makai poha in oil it will increase the size to double
  2. Now remove them and place them on absorbent paper to soak extra oil
  3. Now add Chat masala and mix well, now you can store this namkeen for 15 days.
