Serving- cool and store in air tight container
Ingredients
- Arhar daal-1/4 cup
- Chana Daal-1/4 cup
- Coriander seeds-1/3 cup
- Sesame seeds- ½ cup
- Red Dried chillies- 20-25
Method:
- Roast all the ingredients one by one so that moisture leaves the ingredients
- As all the ingredients cools down, grind them and your podi masala is ready which you can spinkle on Dosa, curry, dry vegetable.
