Sabudanacha Chakli
Ingredients
- Sabudana- 1 bowl
- Boiled Poatato- big size 6-7 (1 kg)
- Grated Ginger- 100 grams
- Chopped green chilles- 12
- Lemon- 2
- Jeera(cumin seeds) - 1tsp
- Salt- one spoon (or as per taste)
- Cotton sheet or plastic sheet for drying the chaklis
- Require machine as per image
Method
- Soak sabudana in a big bowl full of water for overnight.
- In morning boil potatoes and mash them in a big mixing bowl to make the dough for chakli
- Add grated ginger, jeera, chopped green chillies, salt and squeeze lemon.
- Drain water from sabudana and add it to dough and mix well
- Now fill the machine with this dough and start make circle
as per the image on cotton sheet or plastic sheet whichever is available.
- Do the same process with rest of the dough and dry them in sunlight
- It will take 2-3 days for drying these chaklis completely so that you can store them as long u want.
- Whenever you want to eat, just fry them and serve.
