Time taken- 15 minutes
Servings: cool and store in a air tight container
Ingredients:
- Makai Poha -1 cup
- Chat masala- ½ tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Heat Oil at medium flame and as the oil warms ups add Makai poha, as you will put Makai poha in oil it will increase the size to double
- Now remove them and place them on absorbent paper to soak extra oil
- Now add Chat masala and mix well, now you can store this namkeen for 15 days.
