Bread Idli


Ingredients/ आवश्यक सामग्री:

  1. 1/2 cup curd
  2. 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
  3. 5-6 curry leaves
  4. 1 tsp of oil
  5. 1/4 tsp of salt
For Potatoes Masala
  1. 4 mid size boiled potatoes mashed
  2. 1 chopped green chilli
  3. 1 inch of grated ginger
  4. 1/2 cup of chopped coriander
  5. 1/2 tsp of salt
  6. Bread 6-8 
  7. 3-4 tsp of oil for cooking
Method:
  1. In a pan add 1 tsp of oil, as the oil heats up add mustard seeds and when the seeds starts to crackle add curry leaves and let it fry for 1 minute 
  2. Now add this oil in curd and add salt in curd, mix well
  3. In a bowl, add mashed potato, chopped green chillies, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves and salt, mix well.
  4. For each bread idli we will require 2 slice of bread
  5. Now cut 2 bread slice in round shape with help of small bowl 
  6. Now spread the curd mixture in between 2 slice of bread and stick this two slice together, and spread potato mash on one side of these sticked bread slice and cook it for around 10 minutes on slow gas from potato spread side.

  7. Here is bread idli is ready to serve hot

Ingredients:

  1.  Handull of spinach
  2. 1/2 cucmber
  3. 1 medium size apple
  4. 1/2 lemon squeezed
  5. 1/2 cup of water
 आवश्यक सामग्री 
  1. 1 मुट्ठी भर पालक के पत्ते 
  2. 1/2 ककड़ी/खीरा 
  3. 1 मीडियम साइज सेव (ऍपल )
  4. 1/2 नीबू 
  5. 1/2 कप पानी 
Method:
  1. Wash all the ingredients and blend them in a blender and the smoothie is ready
विधि 
  1. आवश्यक सामग्री को धोये और ब्लेंडर में ब्लेंड करे और स्मूथी तैयार है
