Ingredients:
- White / Brown Bread- 4 slices
- Moong dal - 1 small bowl
- Roasted peanuts (without skin)- 50 grams
- Green Chutney
Method:
- Soak the dal overnight, this will help you grind it easily
- Drain the water; grind the dal into a fine paste and mix salt as per taste
- Grind all the ingredients of the green chutney and grind into a fine paste
- Take a slice of bread, spread the chutney and then the ground dal Break the peanuts into halves and crush them by pressing them between two sheets of paper
- Then sprinkle them over the spread
- Spread some butter in a pan and grill the sandwich for a while
- Your healthy Moong Dal Sandwich is ready

Ingredients:
- Peanuts- 250 gms
- Oil-2 tsp
- Garam Masala- 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Black Salt- 1/4 tsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin seeds powder (bhuna jeera powder)- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Roast peanuts on slow flame for 15 minutes, cool them and rub peanuts so that its red covers are off
- Dust out the red covers from peanuts
- Now in a fry pan, add oil, as the oil heats up add peanuts and all the ingredients and mix well
- Here dry masala peanuts are ready, you can store them in a air tight container

- Peanuts-1 cup
- Urad daal-1/2 cup
- 1 cup curd
- Garlic-4 cloves, chopped
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Coconut Oil- 4 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method
- Roast Peanuts and remove the red cover of peanut and keep
aside to cool
- Roast urad daal and keep aside to cool
- As urad daal and peanut cools down grind them to powder
- In bowl add curd and grind powder of urad daal and peanuts.
- Now take a fry pan, add oil, as the oil heats up add mustard
seeds, curry leaves, garlic.
- When the garlic colour changes to golden, add the curd
mixture to fry pan and then add salt, ¼ cup of water, mix well
- Your instant chutney is ready to serve with dosa, idli,
vada, etc
Mumbai style Kanda Poha
Serving- 4
Time taken - 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Flatten Rice (Poha)-250 grams
- Onions finely chopped -2 cups
- Roasted Peanuts- ½ cup
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 6-7 Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 Lemon
- ¼ cup of Chopped coriander leaves
- Oil 4 tsp
- Salt to Taste
Method:
- Take a vessel, wash Flatten Rice with water and keep it
aside for drain
- In a fry pan, pour oil and keep it on medium flame.
- As the oil heats up add Mustard seed, Curry leaves, chopped green
chillies.
- As the mustard seeds starts to crackle, add onion and
peanuts and fry them for 4 minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder, salt and drained flatten rice to
fry pan and start mixing it well
- Now add sugar, lemon and again stir it so that its mix well
- Add coriander leaves and your yummy Poha is ready to serve.

- Tomato-1 chopped
- Chopped green chilli-1
- ½ squeezed lemon
- ½ spoon chat masala
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In fry pan add peanuts and keep it on low flame, as they
turn warn add all the ingredients to the peanut
- Cook all them for 5 minutes at low flame and tasty masala
peanuts are ready.
