6 things we should consume in summer

Mint:
Mint is one of the ultimate summer herbs because of the cooling and cleansing feeling it gives. But, mint has also been found to relieve tons of common health problems, such as IBS, hiccups and cramps.

Cumin:
This spice aids in detoxification, remedying gas and bloating, to help keep you svelte during the summer months. Plus, when consumed, the spice has a cooling and soothing effect on the body.

Cinnamon:
Although usually associated with winter, cinnamon can be a perfect summer spice. Use it in an iced summer drink or with crisp in-season apples.
Cinnamon is also a super-spice for weight loss; it lowers your blood sugar and helps your body use sugar more effectively.

Saffron:
Not only is saffron a beautiful flower, but as a spice, it has tons of health benefits. This spice aids in digestion by improving circulation to your digestive organs, while also coating the stomach and colon to help relieve gas and acidity. Some studies show that saffron may even contain antidepressant and anticancer properties.

Fennel Seeds:

This seed will make your smile shine —it promotes good oral hygiene and can remedy bad breath.
