Ingredients:
- Chopped coriander leaves- 1 cup
- Green chilli- 4-5
- Garlic cloves- 4-5
- Ginger- 25 mm
- Black salt- ¼ tsp
- Vinegar- 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lime- ½
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and grind them well
- If you add vinegar in the chutney the colour of chutney will be vibrant green and presentable.
- You can serve this chutney with pakode, bhajiya, bread, roti, paratha, etc
