Natural Herbals for Allergies

2. Magnolia flower brings relief.
Magnolia flower is another effective herb for allergies and sinus conditions. Often combined with other traditional herbs, magnolia can bring about temporary relief of nasal congestion, sneezing, itchiness, and watery eyes. You can take a magnolia supplement by itself or in formulations with other herbs, in tea, or capsules available at health food stores, online, and from acupuncturists and Chinese herbalists.
3. Try a cup of herbal tea.
To clear up a runny nose caused by hay fever, try this traditional tea: Boil three slices of ginger, 2 stalks of scallions, and one orange peel for about ten minutes. Drink three cups a day until symptoms clear.
4. Peppermint treatment for itchy eyes.
To soothe itchy eyes, use a peppermint tea bag as a warm compress for washing your eyes. Steep the tea bag in hot water for 30 seconds, let it cool to warm and place it gently over your eyelids. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Mint in general is considered to have allergy-reducing properties, so a cup of mint tea might help, too!
5. Herbal tonic oil can combat congestion.
Relieve chest congestion by rubbing tonic oil on your chest and upper back. Tonic oil is usually a sesame oil base mixed with some combination of essential oils – wintergreen, peppermint, fennel and cinnamon – that help to loosen up congestion in the chest and promote circulation. Some patients have told me that when they have a stuffy nose, they rub a little tonic oil on their upper lip and breathe deeply, which temporarily opens the nasal passages.

Dry Skin Issues




Step 1: Morning Routine
Rinse with warm water to prevent over-drying


Step 2: Nightly Routine:
Wash face with a cleanser that contains ceramides; it will clean your face and replenish your skin's natural protective oils. Lock in the moisture with a barrier cream, as it mimics the fatty acids of your skin. Look for creams that contain ceramides, glycerin or hyaluronic acid. Use this cream twice a day.


Step 3: SHower Routine
When you shower, create a full-body seal by moisturizing your body with grapeseed oil. Do this while you're in the shower and still wet. Rub a tablespoon onto your body and face. Grapeseed oil has antioxidants in it, which can help reduce dry skin's fine lines

Foot Scrub/फुट स्क्रब


Ingredients/ आवश्यक सामग्री :

  1. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  2. 2 tbsp coconut oil
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 3 drops peppermint essential oil
  1. 1/4 कप ब्राउन शक्कर 
  2. 2 बड़ी चमच्च नारियल तेल 
  3. 2 बड़ी चमच्च शहद 
  4. 3 बूँद पुदीना तेल 
Method/ विधि:

  1. Use firm strokes and massage scrub into your feet.
  2. Rinse off with warm water and dry feet completely with towel.
  3. Save any unused portion in lidded container and use within one month.
  1. स्क्रब को पैरो पे अच्छे से मसाज करे 
  2. गरम पानी से धोये और रूखे पैरो को तौलिया से साफ़ करे 
  3. बचा हुआ स्क्रब डिब्बे में रखकर एक महीना तक उपयोग कर सकते है।  


Sunburn Relief in Summer/ सनबर्न रिलीफ गर्मियों में




  1. Epsom salt’s anti-inflammatory properties make it a great tool for alleviating mild sunburn irritation. Take an empty spray bottle, mix two tablespoons of Epsom with one cup of water and spray on the affected area. 
  2. सन बर्न से राहत के लिए एक स्प्रे बोतल में २ चमच्च एप्सम नमक और 1 कप पानी मिक्स करे, इस स्प्रे बोतल को अच्छे से मिक्स करे और सन बर्न से अफ्फेक्टेड एरिया पे लगाये

Remedies for Oily Skin


Do you have a oily skin and your are fed up of being tacking acnes and oil on your face?
Here are 3 step you can try which may help you for your acnes for oily skin

STEP 1Rinse with warm water, no soap or cleanser. Follow with SPF and no moisturizer.

STEP 2Use an oil-free, water-based gentle gel cleanser and moisturizer. Avoid hard scrubs. Drying up the skin doesn't help, and all products should be fragrance-free so they're not irritating. Products should be labeled "noncomedogenic," which means it won't clog pores. Follow with moisturizer at night only.

STEP 3Once a week, make a homemade mask of three crushed aspirin with a tablespoon of plain yogurt and a tablespoon of honey. The honey and yogurt moisturize, and aspirin may calm down oily skin, redness, breakouts and reduce inflammation.

Home made Lemon Peel Scrub/घर का बना हुआ नीबू के छिलको का स्क्रब

Home Made Lime/lemon Peels scrub/ घर का बना हुआ नीबू के छिलको का स्क्रब

क्या आपको पता है की नीबू में विटामिन सी होता है जो तेलिया त्वचा पे गर्मियों में भी निखार ला सकता है
क्या आप नीबू का सेवन करके  इसके छिलको को फेंक देते है..... अगर हाँ तो आगे से ऐसा न करे, नीबू प्राकृतिक फल है जिसका स्क्रब  केमिकल के 100 % नेचुरल ही रहेगा बिना किसी साइड-इफ़ेक्ट के

अब से जब भी आप नीबू का उपयोग करे उसके छिलको को धुप में सुखा ले.। इस प्रक्रिया में लगभग १० दिन की धुप लगाने के बाद इसके मिक्सर में पीस लें और एक एयर टाइट डिब्बे में रख लें अब आप नहाने से 10 मिनट पहले नीबू की पाउडर की 1/2 चमच्च को लगभग 5-6 चमच्च पानी  भिगोये और चेहरे पे लगाये, नहाते टाइम इसे धो लें

  1. इसे रोज़ाना लगाने से तेली चेहरे पे निखार आएगा
  2. इसके उपयोग से सन टैनिंग 5-7 दिनों में हलकी होकर धीरे धीरे ठीक हो जाती है। 
  3. इसके उपयोग से मुँहासे भी ठीक होते होते है।

  1. Powdered Saunf/ पीसी हुई सौंफ 
  2. Honey/ शहद 

Method:
  1. Applying mixture of powdered fennel seeds and honey daily will make the skin to glow 
  2. You will visibly start noticing it in 15 days 
  1. पीसी हुई सौंफ और शहद का मिक्सचर रोज़ाना लगाने से चहेरे पे चमक आती है
