Ingredients:
- 60g butter
- 60ml flour
- 250ml milk
- 250g strong cheddar cheese, grated
- Cayenne pepper
Method:
- Melt the butter, and then stir in the flour.
- Cook on low heat for one minute before slowly adding the milk, stirring vigorously so as not to have lumps.
- Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes or until the sauce no longer tastes floury.
- Add the cheese and allow to melt before adding the cayenne pepper.
- Serve with nachos as snack.
