Pyaaz Pakode
Ingredients:
- 4 big size onion chopped in long altitutde
- 6 spoon gram flour
- ¾ table spoon of salt
- 5-6 chillies chopped
- ½ table spoon garam masala
- ½ table spoon ajwain
- 1/3 tablespoon of red Mirch powder
- ½ table spoon of coriander powder
- Oil for Frying
Method:
- In a bowl add chopped onion salt, and gram flour and keep it aside for 45 minutes
- After 45 minutes add all the ingredients and mix the dough of kanda bhajiya thoroughly, it will look like as the image shown above.
- Heat Oil at Medium flame till the dough poured in oil doesn’t come up instant
- Fry all the bhajiya till it becomes Dark golden
- Serve this tasty bhajiya with Green chutney, Tomato Sauce.
